We're seeking a creative and results-driven Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our online presence, drive brand engagement and support digital campaigns across multiple brands and platforms.
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be working alongside the team to grow our brands, whilst also leveraging marketing campaigns for the individual businesses.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
* Assist with the creation and management of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
* Track and report on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements
* Support the marketing team with other related tasks as needed
* Update and create websites, apps and other digital platforms with relevant content
* Creating quarterly marketing campaigns for our different businesses
* Implementing and analyzing marketing campaigns from end-to-end
* Refining lead acquisition through digital channels such as social media and email marketing
* Adhering and executing brand visual and content guidelines
* Email marketing automation through Vital Software
* Building engagement and awareness across social media
* Working with a multitude of suppliers across a variety of channels to execute signage, signwriting and any other collateral
* Assist in developing and delivering marketing strategies to drive business growth
What we are looking for
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning CRM and CMS platforms
* Previous experience in a marketing or communications coordinator role
* Digital marketing experience (SEM, SEO, social media advertising)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and project management abilities
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
* A professional, customer-focused mindset
* A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for creating the best outcome for your clients
