Your role, your contribution!
• Deliver outstanding client service by managing workflow, supporting financial package preparation, tax lodgements, and ATO correspondence while maintaining accurate files and databases
• Act as a key support to accountants, partners, and the wider team, proactively managing client requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Take ownership of front-of-house duties, including providing professional customer service, answering phone calls, and managing client interactions
• Coordinate office operations such as room bookings, meeting setups, catering, event support, reception coverage, and general administration
