We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow our sales division, with a strong focus on off-the-plan project sales.
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and overseeing the successful marketing and sales of residential and commercial developments. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with the ability to devise effective pricing strategies, develop data-driven action plans, and leverage in-depth market research and extensive networks to achieve ambitious sales targets — all while collaborating closely with our design, finance, construction, and marketing teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment.
About the Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies across high-rising residential and mixed-use projects.
- Driving off-the-plan project sales campaigns, from pre-launch to settlement.
- Leading pricing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans in partnership with design, finance, construction, and marketing teams.
- Overseeing the marketing function to craft and execute responsive, high-impact strategies tailored to project objectives and buyer audiences.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team and managing agency partners.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Cultivating strong relationships with buyers, agents, brokers, and investors.
- Ensuring compliance with property laws, contracts, and settlement processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10–15 years’ experience in sales, with proven track-record in off-the-plan apartment sales.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-value project sales.
- Robust commercial acumen and experience in pricing strategy and market positioning.
- In-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast property market and buyer demographics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside design, finance and construction teams.
- Current Queensland Real Estate License (required).
