Role reports to: Category Strategy Manager - Skin Health Location: Asia Pacific, Australia, Recent South Wales, Sydney Work Location: Hybrid What you will do We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the development, execution and optimisation of brand strategies. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth through campaign execution, market analysis, product launches and cross-functional collaboration Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution - Support the development and execution of annual brand plans. - Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, PR and trade). - Coordinate creative briefs and liaise with agencies to ensure brand consistency. - Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis. Product & Innovation - Support new product development processes from concept to launch. - Assist in packaging updates and artwork approvals. - Coordinate internal launch plans and sales toolkits. Financial & Commercial Management - Assist in budget tracking and reporting. - Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly performance reports and insights presentations. Market & Consumer Insights - Analyse consumer data and category trends. - Track competitor activity and pricing strategies. - Translate insights into actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Creative teams. - Support retailer presentations and internal stakeholder updates. - Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across touchpoints. What we are looking for: - Degree in a Business / Economics / Marketing / Science / Arts. - 4+ years' marketing experience in FMCG industry. - Preference towards experience in a tier 1 FMCG company.
