ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sage Intacct Project Consultant to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions, as well as assist with upgrades, training, and support for the Sage Intacct solution.
Responsibilities:
Manage Sage Intacct implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Sage Intacct solution.
Document processes, timelines, and responsibilities, leveraging appropriate tools and resources.
Build relationships with customers and work closely with them to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality.
Develop and execute a professional development plan.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience using ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Sage, or similar).
Experience implementing Sage Intacct highly desirable.
Currently residing in Australia or with a valid work permit in Australia.
Understanding of operational processes in ERP, including project accounting, financial management, multi-company consolidations, quote to cash, procure to pay, operations, and e-commerce/CRM functions.
Experience providing pre-sales support, product demonstrations, needs analysis, and solution recommendations.
Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
Experience with structured implementation processes and project management methodologies.
Professional exposure to business workflows.
Strong communication skills, with good follow-up and follow-through.
Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, or related field preferred.
