Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial properties.
* Conduct site inspections and collect data for cost estimation and reporting.
* Support the preparation of reinstatement cost assessments (insurance valuations ), capital works fund forecasts andfinancer costing reports / progress claims.
* Liaise with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.
* Maintain accurate project records and contribute to reporting and compliance documentation.
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation, ATO guidelines, and industry standards.

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Property Economics (or a "Built-Environment" related field).
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

* Have own roadworthy vehicle for local and regional travel (as required).
* A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for site visits).
