About The Role
You’ll support the Store Leadership Team to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

About You
Previous supervisory experience in retailPassion for coaching and developing peopleStrong communication and organisation skillsA love for cars, auto or hands‑on products (big bonus!)
