Opportunity
We're looking for a detail-focused and motivated Outcomes and Quality Officer to join our team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our employment services programs deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes. You'll manage outcome claims, support teams with guidance and advice, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and compliance, while still being connected to meaningful, people-focused outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and submitting outcome claims in line with program requirements
* Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of claims
* Conducting quality assurance checks and identifying risks
* Supporting teams with guidance on claims and wage subsidy requirements
* Liaising with internal teams, employers, and training providers
* Contributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
