Our Non‐Financial Risk team within Banking and Financial Services supports colleagues across the business to effectively manage incidents and issues. Working closely with teams across Macquarie, including our central Risk Management Group and specialist functions, we provide expertise that helps strengthen our risk culture and drives consistent, high‐quality risk management practices.

What role will you play?

You will work across Banking and Financial Services to lead and support incident and issue investigations. You will use your stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with a wide network across the business. Your responsibilities will include identifying root causes, assessing impacts, and developing action plans to prevent reoccurrence. You will play an active role in facilitating discussions on anticipated and emerging issues, helping teams navigate risks with clarity and confidence.

What You Offer

* The ability to break down complex problems, identify key drivers, and provide clear and practical solutions
* A continuous improvement mindset, with confidence in balancing commercial considerations within a risk framework
* Strong communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex information into clear and accessible messages
* The ability to manage your own workload, adapt to time pressures, and prioritise effectively. Previous risk experience is beneficial but not essential.
