Job Title: Procurement and Operations Assistant
This role plays a vital part in the operational team, responsible for streamlining procurement processes.
* Main tasks include:
* Receiving shipments - Overseas bulk and finished goods in ERP System.
* Receipt of locally supplied finished goods via Purchase Order & Production Orders module in ERP System.
* Maintaining rolling forecasts for suppliers as required.
* Distributing and managing documentation related to shipments, GS1, Master data setups, Quality documentation and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
* Identifying continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 or more years' experience in supply chain / data entry related roles.
* Desirable: Experience working in GMP, ISO13485 or Food/Pharmaceutical regulated environments.
* Proficiency in ERP systems.
You will bring strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS office applications, particularly Excel, and communication and interpersonal skills, including confident verbal and written communication to liaise with vendors, customers, and other employees.
