About This Role
Clinical Manager – Youth Justice

* Help young people who have offended make profound shifts in their mindset and self-belief.
* Lead a specialist forensic clinical team improving rehabilitation outcomes for young people in custody and community.
* Use your leadership to shape a culture of healing, accountability and growth.
* Ideal role for a registered psychologist or social worker with forensic clinical experience.
* Ongoing, full-time role earning $138,631 to $162,076 per year (VPS Grade 6.1) plus super.

What You Will Do
As a clinical manager for Statewide Rehabilitation Services, you will lead a forensic clinical team that helps young people in custody and the community address the causes of their offending.

You Will

* Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services that address complex behaviours and support reintegration.
* Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and professional development.
* Work collaboratively with partners and other justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation and behaviour management programs.
* Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.

About You
You will be
registered as a psychologist
,
social worker
,
mental health nurse
or
occupational therapist
. You will hold a full driver's licence.

You Should Also Have

* Experience leading high-performing teams within complex service environments.
* Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and behavioural intervention, ideally in a custodial or forensic setting.
* The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across disciplines and cultures.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenging clinical situations.
* A passion for developing others and forging a learning culture that supports evidence-based practice.
