ABOUT THE ROLE
We're an independent Australian superyacht agency at the centre of the country's maritime industry. From clearances and logistics to provisioning and permits, we manage every detail for international and domestic vessels.
Based full‐time in Cairns, this role supports our operations Manager and acts as the key contact on the ground coordinating all vessel logistics, sourcing supplies, managing crew visas, and keeping everything running smoothly. Our clients are high-profile. Discretion and professionalism are non-negotiable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Coordinate vessel arrivals and departures including berths, fuel, spare parts, waste services, and technical support
• Handle customs, immigration, quarantine, and port formalities with ABF and Biosecurity
• Manage crew and contractor visa processing
• Source and procure parts and services Australia-wide
• Communicate daily with clients, crew, marina operators, and suppliers via WhatsApp and other platforms
• Keep operations running smoothly using Monday.com and AI platforms
• Manage office logistics including postage, deliveries, and our dedicated storage area
• Provide administrative support across the team
• Contribute to our social media and industry presence
• Travel between Cairns and Brisbane/Gold Coast when operational needs require it up to 30 days per year.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
• WhatsApp proficiency as this is how we work, day and night
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a confident, practical approachBe tech savvy
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage several things at once
• A high standard of discretion. Our clients value their privacy and so do we
• Flexibility when vessels are in port, including occasional after‐hours communication to manage time‐sensitive operational needs and client requests.
• Ability to travel between Cairns and Brisbane (up to 30 days per year, travel expenses covered)
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
Highly regarded:
• Experience with QuickBooks, AI platforms, Excel, or Monday.com — the more the better, training provided
• Background in logistics, freight, maritime, shipping, event coordination, or HNWI service environments
• Familiarity with ABF, Biosecurity, or port formality processes
