Are you a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Worker looking for flexible, work from home supporting Aged Care clients?
Right at Home is seeking qualified Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality in-home care services to clients located across the Gold Coast. We’re looking for professionals who are passionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference in the lives of those who require a high level of care and support.
Deliver personalised care to clients in their homes
Maintain client dignity, comfort, and independence
Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
Work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence
Accurately document care provided using digital systems
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (required)
Minimum 12 months’ experience in aged care
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain upon employment
Police Check
Reliable transport and open driver’s licence
Excellent communication and time management skills
A high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
