About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Treatment Planner/Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-class support to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans and manage appointment schedules.
* Process HICAPS claims and manage patient accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient administration.
* Liaise with patients and practitioners to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in the dental industry.
* Strong knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry principles.
* Proficiency in dental practice management software (experience with Dental4Windows is highly desirable).
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and practitioners.
* High level of initiative and motivation, with a strong work ethic.
