Job Opportunity: Field Service Administrator
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage service sites, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and oversee various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of service requests and work project updates on SESCOshare.
* Create detailed expense reports for Field Service Techs by project.
* Manage inventory levels for field service parts to ensure efficient operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
* Stay current with represented products and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
* Distribute final project documents as needed to relevant parties.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of experience in a construction-related field or related industry.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research tools.
* BlueBeam experience is a valuable asset but not mandatory.
