Sound knowledge of corporate governance and general management practice within Aboriginal organisations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent the organisation with cultural integrity and credibility.

Personal qualities of integrity, resilience, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence.
