About You:
You are a skilled Installation and/or Service Technician who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and customer interaction.
You are organised, proactive, and proud of delivering high quality work.
You bring:
- Technician experience in the Electronic Security industry preferred, or Telecommunication, Data, Communication industry or similar.
- Knowledge of electronic security alarms, access control, CCTV, or related systems is preferred.
- Open Cabling licence is essential.
- NV1 Security Clearance desirable or ability to obtain (you must be an Australian Citizen).
- Electronic Security Licence (Installation/Consultant) and/or other relevant certifications or credentials are advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Install, service, and maintain electronic security systems.
- Document and report work accurately using handheld technology.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prioritise and manage jobs efficiently.
- Keep up to date with the latest security technology and standards.
