Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced service delivery manager to lead the establishment of a Value Management function.
* Lead the establishment of a Value Management function, design framework, integrate processes, and engage stakeholders.
* Drive delivery optimization, value realization, and benefits realization across multiple programs.
* Identify and implement optimization opportunities to enhance performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
* Design and implement value reporting structures, including dashboards and metrics.

The successful candidate will possess:
* Demonstrated experience in establishing or evolving program or value management functions within a regulated environment.
* Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and MSP framework, with practical application.
* Strong change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience translating strategic priorities into measurable benefits and outcomes.
