The Client

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Asset Manager in overseeing daily operations of the shopping centre.
2. Support tenant relations, including lease administration, inquiries, arrears mannagement and issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
4. Monitor facility maintenance and ensure a safe and attractive environment for visitors.
5. Assist in financial management and budgeting for the centre.
6. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance visitor experience.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in property management, retail, or related fields.
9. Strong organizational and communication skills.
10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Experience using MRI software
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
13. Knowledge of leasing agreements and commercial property operations is preferred.
14. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
