About the Gateways and Guards Architect Role
The Cyber Services team is looking for a skilled professional to provide secure Communication solutions and information systems to defence and government clients.
This role requires expertise in Google Distributed Cloud networking and hybrid cloud interconnect architectures.
* Elicit, analyse, and formalise Guard and Gateway requirements with stakeholders.
* Design Guard and Gateway configurations and design patterns aligned with Defence information exchange requirements.
* Maintain requirements traceability and contribute to the development of ISM assessment and authorisation evidence packs.
A strong understanding of security principles and protocols is essential for this position.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior Guard specialists, architects, and engineers to ensure design quality, security, and compliance.
