Overview
CJD Equipment are seeking an experiencedWarehouse / Storeperson to join our highly motivated Bunbury Branch.
This is a outstanding opportunity to become a part of a market-leading national business and to develop and grow your skills.
This role incorporates all facets of warehousing, including both the physical and administrative aspects of receiving, picking and distributing items as required.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders for collection, delivery or dispatch
- Organise dispatch for both local and interstate freight
- Receiving incoming freight including stock orders, and receipting into inventory system
- Putting away incoming stock and assigning to pending customer orders
- Liaising with multiple courier companies and adhering to courier pick up deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and functional warehouse
Qualifications
- A strong safety focus, with a positive attitude and drive to succeed in the role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- The ability to work well under pressure and be a team player
- A forklift licence (recommended but not essential)
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a Police Clearance
