Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of Home-Based services in the Wimmera Catchment area. This key role enables and ensures that young people and their carers receive high-quality, personalised support that aligns with their individual care plans and respects their choices and needs.
Responsibilities
This role oversees the daily operations of Home-Based services, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will enable and ensure that young people and their carers receive high-quality, personalised support that aligns with their individual care plans and respects their choices and needs.
Additionally, you will manage a small number of cases and work closely with other service providers to build strong partnerships.
* Manage services to ensure smooth operation
* Enable young people and their carers to receive high-quality support
* Support and supervise a team of Case Managers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in leadership and management, social work, community development or a related field
* Significant experience in child youth and family program service delivery, leadership and management or other human services
* Extensive and contemporary knowledge of and experience in understanding the needs of consumers with engagement with Out of Home Care Services
