Coastal Engineering Leader

We are seeking a Coastal Engineer to lead our Ports & Maritime portfolio. This role involves reviewing key projects, developing concept designs in conjunction with the team and contributing to securing new work.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, mentoring and coaching of other team members while demonstrating high-level project management skills and advanced technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables;
* Provide expert advice on analysis and design tasks ensuring they meet appropriate technical standards and client requirements;
