Key Plays:
* Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
* Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
* Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
* Be the go-to when the captain is away. Keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class
What you’ll bring:
* 2 years hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
* RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
* A passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue
