**About the Role**
- Ensure all enquiries are actioned accurately and professionally within SLA
- Assist with coordinating loan discharges and preparing payout figures
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including solicitors and distribution partners
- Strive to service each customer with excellence, ensuring that customer needs are met
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
**Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in Residential Lending - experience in post-Settlements specifically
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
