We are partnering with a high-growth, digitally sophisticated organisation to appoint a Head of Performance – a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through best‑in‑class performance marketing, analytics and optimisation.

The Opportunity – Reporting into the executive leadership team, this role will lead the organisation’s performance function across paid media, conversion optimisation, data and analytics. You will play a critical role in shaping growth strategy, translating insight into action, and ensuring investment decisions are grounded in data and impact.
You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on setting direction while remaining close to the detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Own strategy, execution and optimisation across core performance channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Shopping and YouTube, alongside emerging paid platforms.
* Lead and optimise paid media investment (e.g. Meta, Google, emerging platforms), with clear accountability for ROI and CAC.
* Develop and evolve measurement frameworks, attribution models and reporting to support commercial decision‑making.
* Partner closely with brand, creative, eCommerce, product and technology teams to maximise conversion and customer lifetime value.
* Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing internal team, alongside agency partners where required.
* Identify opportunities for experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement across the funnel.
* Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders, translating performance data into business outcomes.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior performance, growth or digital leadership role within a fast‑paced consumer‑led environment.
* Deep expertise across paid media, analytics, attribution and optimisation.
* You bring strong hands‑on experience across core performance channels including Meta and Google, with the ability to stay close to execution while operating at a strategic level.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of scaling growth efficiently.
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
* Confident influencing at executive level and working cross‑functionally.
* A natural leader who enjoys building capability, culture and accountability.
