About the role
We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to join our HR team. In this role you will take ownership of our continuing professional development (CPD) calendar, coordinate internal and external training sessions, and ensure the firm meets its learning and compliance requirements. You'll also play a central role in providing generalist HR support to our legal team including the end to end management of our Graduate Program and supporting graduates as they begin their careers.
You will also contribute to broader HR activities working closely with the Head of HR and fellow HR Advisor across onboarding, engagement and people-related initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of program coordination, relationship building and hands on HR work.
Skills And Experiences
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy organising and supporting people and working in a fast paced environment. You will bring:
* Previous experience within a law firm or professional services firm.
* Experience in an HR Advisor role with exposure to learning and development.
* Experience coordinating and delivering training programs or professional development activities.
* Generalist HR experience such as recruitment, onboarding, policy interpretation, and employee support.
* Previous involvement in graduate or early-career programs.
* Knowledge of CPD requirements for legal practitioners or the ability to quickly develop this understanding.
* Strong organisational and scheduling skills with excellent attention to detail
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence in engaging with people at all levels
* Ability to manage competing deadlines with a calm, solution focused approach
* A positive, proactive and supportive working style
