About this role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial strategy across all in-park spend categories.
\
This senior leadership role requires strong financial acumen, a data-informed approach to decision-making, and the ability to implement best-practice operational processes that streamline workflows, strengthen cost control, and improve efficiency.
\
You will also be responsible for ensuring every commercial touchpoint delivers high-quality customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and spend.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance product offerings, drive business growth, and respond to sustainability and market trends
\
2. Leverage market analysis and guest data to shape pricing strategies, new product development, and package design to optimise yield and broaden guest appeal
\
3. Mentor and develop a high-performing commercial team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and alignment to organisational priorities
\
4. Budget management, financial reporting and analysis
\
5. Synergies with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned goals and objectives
\
6. Eco-conscious practices and sustainable development within revenue-generating activities
\
7. Contract negotiation and tender management, securing favourable outcomes while maintaining collaborative and long-term partnerships

8. Strong organisational capability, sound problem-solving and confident decision-making skills
\
9. Proven leadership ability and emotional intelligence, engaging effectively across all levels of the business
\

11. Comfortable working in an outdoor environment, including extensive walking due to our footprint, and in an environment with animals
\
12. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, profits, costs, and other financial metrics
\
13. Analyse sales trends and use data to inform future marketing and sales initiatives

14. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
