Inventory Management Specialist

The Inventory Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of inventory processes. They provide assistance with general inquiries, escalating issues to management as needed and ensuring accurate processing and overall financial accountability.

* Process and manage customer returns efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of returns and exchanges.
* Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to restock returned items.
* Ensure compliance with company return policies and procedures.
* Monitor the returns inbox and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders.
* Regular reporting and management of stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process customer returns, credits, and cancellations.
* Maintain accurate records of returns and exchanges.
* Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure timely restocking of returned items.
* Enforce company return policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Monitor the returns inbox and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders.
* Provide regular reports on stock levels and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support position.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solving capabilities and ability to take initiative.
