Responsibilities
- Work alongside clients in workshops and interviews to understand challenges and explore solutions
- Create practical, value-adding recommendations to improve systems, processes and culture
- Support the design and delivery of assurance and internal audits engagements across public sector projects
- Evaluate governance, risk and compliance frameworks to understand how organisations really work
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for change
- Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives
- Gain exposure to the full engagement lifecycle — from scoping and planning through fieldwork, reporting to presenting findings
Qualifications
- You are currently studying (or recently completed) a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar, with an interest in accounting, audit, public sector or governance
- You have a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
- You have clear communication skills and a willingness to learn
- You have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- You are an Australian Citizen
