We have an opportunity for an experienced & motivated Office /Production Administrator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity where you will work alongside our Production team. As we prepare to introduce new models and products along with the next generation of our existing models, alongside the expansions to our manufacturing technologies and facility.
The Role:
* Assisting the production team to deliver projects through design, manufacture and deliver phases to our customers.
* Managing production documentation including spec sheets, operator manuals, design, build registers and compliance documentation.
* Assisting with production scheduling and tracking of projects through the production phase.
* Providing workshop administration support, such as invoice creation, documentation preparation & booking services for our customer vehicles including registrations.
* Updating existing and creating new project files ensuring accuracy of all information.
* Maintaining production and customer related data within the company's information systems.
* Assisting customers with enquiries to the various stages of production responding to their calls, emails and general matters relating to the projects and liaising with members within the project team when necessary to obtain relevant and correct information.
* Advising the Managing Director on matters requiring attention and implementing his decisions.
* Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office reception operations and providing general administrative support across the team.
* Assisting managers with data entry, document control, and report generation.
* Coordinating office procedures and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
* The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
* Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
* The ability to solve problems and learn new skills in an industry you may not be familiar with.
* Minimum of 1-year administrative experience.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
* High attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
* Comfortable multitasking and responding to changing priorities.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Pleasant phone manner and well presented.
* Ability to prioritise competing demands to ensure deadlines are met within required timeframes.
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
* Work well in a team environment.
Position will be full‑time to the right applicant after a three‑month probationary period. We operate a four‑day working week, Monday to Thursday.
