The Role You own the product. That means the strategy, the roadmap, the team, and the outcomes. This is not a role where you wait to be told what needs to happen. You will define what great looks like, build the capability to deliver it, and make sure the whole business is moving in the same direction. You report directly to the CEO. Day to day, you will be: Defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the full T.C Boxes portfolio Leading and inspiring the product team, fostering curiosity, ownership, and a genuine love of what we build Energising the installation and sales teams with product knowledge, training, and the stories behind what we make Overseeing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to market, ensuring quality, compliance, and commercial performance Managing supplier relationships and maintaining rigorous testing, validation, and compliance processes against Australian standards Optimising inventory, pricing, and stock turnover to strengthen the financial performance of the portfolio Driving streamlined, well-prepared product launches across all sites and resellers Building installer capability through clear, up-to-date training, manuals, and resources Staying ahead of market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep T.C Boxes at the front of the pack Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, operations, and training to keep everyone aligned and moving together Who We're Looking For We want a product leader who is as comfortable on the tools as they are in the boardroom. Someone who knows this industry from the inside, can inspire a team, and is driven by building things that genuinely set the standard. You are the right fit if you: Have 5 years of experience in product development, management, or innovation leadership Have a proven track record of delivering new products, commercial growth, and operational improvements Bring deep knowledge of the 4x4 accessory, tray, or canopy industry, or can demonstrate a genuine connection to the world Are a strong people leader who can inspire, coach, and develop a team without relying on authority Think commercially, including across stock management, pricing strategy, and profitability Understand product testing, compliance, and lifecycle management, and take it seriously Can influence across a business with clear data, insight, and a confident point of view Hold a relevant qualification in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field Hold a current driver's licence Must Have Values These are not aspirational.
