About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive growth across WA, SA, and NT. While based in Adelaide, the role can also be considered for candidates in SA or WA. You will manage a portfolio of tier 2 accounts, including key distributors, QSRs, and HoReCa customers, with a strong focus on winning new business, building relationships, and driving sales through distributor networks.
Working closely with National Account Managers and Business Development Executives, you will contribute to national growth plans and support a fast‐moving beverage business. This commercially focused role offers the opportunity to deliver measurable results, and shape the success of key accounts.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within the FMCG industry.
* Track record of winning new business and growing accounts across distributors, QSR, or HoReCa.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to consistently deliver on sales targets.
* Excellent relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, self‐motivated, and comfortable managing a multi‐state portfolio.
* Data‐driven, able to leverage market and sales insights to inform decisions.
