About the Role
We're seeking passionate and compassionate Support Workers and Youth Workers who are ready to:
Provide person-centred support for clients with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
Offer personal care with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Deliver emotional support and assistance with mental health needs.
Promote independence by helping clients attend medical appointments and community events.
Ensure health, safety, and dignity in all aspects of clients' daily routines.
Empower individuals with low to high needs, including those displaying challenging behaviours, to achieve their goals.
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support (or a related qualification).
Current National Police Check.
Valid First Aid Certificate.
Yellow and Blue Cards
A reliable car available for work.
Minimum of six months' experience in disability support, youth work, aged care, or a similar sector.
