Office Manager/EA job located in Macquarie Park

**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the MD with their administration tasks
- Overseeing office facilities management
- Managing the reception function
- Creating presentations and reports
- Liaising with global counterparts to facilitate events
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven office management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A willingness to be hands-on and manage a variety of tasks
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
