**About The Role.**
Due to recent growth, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Accounts/Billings Assistant to join our Group corporate team in Sydney.
- Previous experience in Construction, Building, or Professional Services environment
- Experience with Subcontractors
- Preparing monthly billing invoices and claims
- Understanding of Project Management, tracking revenue/costs to budget
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
- Self-Motivated, organised, and reliable
- Tech savvy
- Excel Skills - Intermediate to Advanced (including Pivot tables, VLook etc)
- Strong Reconciliation Skills
