Are you an administration and customer service superstar? genU is looking for an experienced administrator** **to join our longstanding, purpose driven and values based organisation to make a real difference to people's lives on a daily basis.
As the **Support Coordination Administrator** you will provide support and assistance to our dynamic Support Coordination team by completing various administrative functions associated with NDIS plan implementation.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation for NDIS plan reviews e.g. pre-populating templates and collecting progress reports
- Researching and contacting organisations, mainstream services, community bodies & NDIA
- Reporting, updating and maintaining the client database
- Meeting preparation, booking and minute taking
You will join and be supported by a passionate team of experienced Support Coordinators and have access to a range of training and development opportunities within the NDIS support sector.
**_ This is a full-time, ongoing position with potential to be based at Colac, Ballarat or Warrnambool, Victoria. Travel across sites will be required._**
**About You?**:
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient user of technology including the Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems;
- Sound organisational and administrative ability;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge and understanding of NDIS policy and guidelines.
You will also meet the below essential requirements:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Business Administration, or other relevant qualification/equivalent experience;
- Driver's license;
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates;
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check;
- Must have or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Must have completed or be willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' orientation module;
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Procedure. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
