Due to continued growth, Monadelphous is looking for 2x Mechanical Supervisors to join the team at our Goldfields Branch. This is a Casual based role, with ongoing Local & DIDO work opportunities within the Goldfields area. The successful candidates will see themselves leading teams of Mechanical Crews on various Project works including structural, piping installation, tank refurbishments and asset integrity. The ideal candidate will need to have had a previous experience of Goldfields sites' conditions. First Nations people and women are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising Mechanical Teams of Riggers, Boilermakers, Fitters and Trade Assistants
- Upholding the Monadelphous Safety Standards
- Performing Supervisory tasks and activities, including the SWAAP process
- Interpreting project technical information and ensuring work is performed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications
- Leading incident investigations, following established procedures and reporting findings
- Reviewing and signing off on Risk Assessments and permits for work tasks performed on site
- Conducting pre-start briefings in alignment with the information provided on the pre-start boards to ensure all team members are informed and prepared
What you’ll bring
- 2‑5 years of experience in a Supervisory role
- Knowledge of Goldfields clients is desirable
- Must hold WHS Supervisor Certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one)
- Proof of Right to Work in Australia
- Dedication to the safety, well‑being and future development of your team
