Occupational Health Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and registered nurse to take on the role of an Occupational Health Nurse.
This is a challenging position, ideal for someone who thrives in both clinical and advisory settings, providing high-quality care in line with current legislation and best practice.
* Deliver occupational health services including routine and safety-critical medicals, pre-placement medicals, and substance misuse screening
* Conduct health surveillance assessments as required
* Maintain professional and clinical standards in line with NMC guidance and established procedures
* Ensure accurate and confidential patient records are maintained in accordance with clinical best practice
* Support sickness absence management by collaborating with HR and HSE teams
* Advise clients on health and wellbeing strategies, contributing to the development of internal policies
* Support the promotion of our services through professional service delivery and awareness of new initiatives
* Provide case management both face-to-face and remotely
* Assist the administrative team with data input and related support tasks as needed
* NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years' Occupational Health experience
* Proven case management capability both face to face and remotely
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
* Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office

You are a qualified and registered nurse with the NMC, bringing at least two years of experience in Occupational Health—ideally within sectors such as Oil and Gas, construction, local authorities, or manufacturing.
