Occupational Health Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and registered nurse to take on the role of an Occupational Health Nurse.

* Deliver occupational health services including routine and safety-critical medicals, pre-placement medicals, and substance misuse screening
* Conduct health surveillance assessments as required
* Maintain professional and clinical standards in line with NMC guidance and established procedures
* Ensure accurate and confidential patient records are maintained in accordance with clinical best practice
* Support sickness absence management by collaborating with HR and HSE teams
* Advise clients on health and wellbeing strategies, contributing to the development of internal policies
* Support the promotion of our services through professional service delivery and awareness of new initiatives
* Provide case management both face-to-face and remotely
* Assist the administrative team with data input and related support tasks as needed
* NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years' Occupational Health experience
* Proven case management capability both face to face and remotely
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
* Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office

You are a qualified and registered nurse with the NMC, bringing at least two years of experience in Occupational Health—ideally within sectors such as Oil and Gas, construction, local authorities, or manufacturing. You're adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
