About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for managing physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, according to set standards and contractual requirements.
* Mailroom duties involve receiving and processing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the relevant departments.
* Reception duties include providing exceptional customer service, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
* File creation and retrieval involve accurately and efficiently storing and retrieving files, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
* Data entry/admin tasks require attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on entering data into our systems in a timely manner.
* Handling and resolving phone and email inquiries involves communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, responding to queries and concerns, and escalating issues as necessary.
* Ad hoc administration duties may include a range of tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and other administrative responsibilities.
