Bethanie Home Care provides a wide variety of services to clients covering day to day living needs in their own homes including personal care, domestic and gardening services, respite services and social support.
As a Gardener/Handy Person, you will be providing our clients with gardening services within their homes in the Southwest.
This rewarding position will fulfil your interest in providing a supportive and compassionate service within aged care and giving something back to the community.
This role is being offered on a casual basis. The hourly rate is $30.33 plus super (salary packaging optional). You will have commuting use of a Bethanie work vehicle and an optional trailer with tools which you can bring home each evening or pick up from our Southwest facility each day. Our Home Care base is in Southwest so there will be the requirement to travel to this location on the odd occasion, but travel mileage will be covered.
About You:
* You have done manual work; ideally you have some gardening experience.
* Current manual driver's licence, and ability to drive with a trailer.
* Willingness to obtain vaccinations (minimum of 1 COVID‐19 vaccination and annual flu vaccination).
