Senior HR Business Partner

About the Opportunity:
* Work with Operational leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives
* Provide coaching and mentoring to the HR Team to enhance their skills and capabilities
* Influence and lead cultural change initiatives across the organization
* Manage, negotiate, and influence positive IR outcomes through strategic partnerships
* Lead workplace investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in Human Resource, Business, or Law, or related experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the Mining and/or Heavy industry
* Extensive experience in Industrial Relations with strong case management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
* Capacity to work strategically while delivering on day-to-day tasks in a dynamic environment
