8 days on, 6 days off rosterJoin a highly experienced and supportive management team who will work with you to achieve yours and Veolia's goalsHave access to Veolia's vast array of corporate discountsWhat you'll be responsible forPrioritising and planning scheduled work activities including allocating resources; labour, equipment and contractors to complete worksFacilitate job start ups and review jobs for compliance permitsWork with the Supervisor to monitor and lead team performance of all onsite staff including Veolia employees, labour hire and contractorsEnsure that all staff are adequately trained and qualified to perform their duties in a safe, competent and responsible mannerManage Veolia assets in line with our policy and processes, ensuring all daily operational checks are completed and documentedMaintain strong relationships with all Veolia and client stakeholders to deliver a high performance to contract obligationsWhat you'll need to be successfulPrevious experience in an operational planning role in a heavy industrial environmentA working knowledge of industrial equipment and machineryIntermediate IT skills, with a particular focus on database management and spreadsheetsWell-developed communication skills (written and verbal)Well-developed interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify and resolve customer service issuesHighly developed customer focusVeolia's AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
