SENIOR CASE MANAGER / RETURN TO WORK SPECIALIST HYBRID POSITION – PERSONAL INJURY – MELBOURNE, VIC
About the role
* Working closely with a single employer
* Supporting customers step-by-step through our Case Management and Injury Management programs
* Monitoring and updating Back at Work measures
* Ensuring all case management actions are completed on time and with quality of a positive customer experience in mind
* Developing trusted relationships with the customers that you support
* Your commitment to your development and further learning of what recovery support can be
* Providing ideas and innovations that support the team in being better
* Having an attitude that empathises with the needs of the injured worker and a desire to help them in their recovery
* Welcoming and helpful written and verbal customer communication
About you
* Experience in case management within personal injury management schemes, with expertise in supporting individuals with complex injuries
* Empathetic and customer-focused approach, ensuring injured individuals feel understood and supported throughout their recovery journey
* Proficient in managing challenging situations with professionalism, maintaining composure, and delivering effective solutions under pressure
* Strong time management, communication, and adaptability skills, excelling in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* Skilled in mentoring and supporting case managers, fostering team development, and building positive relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
