WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have 2+ years' experience (up to Senior Associate level) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm;
* have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
* proven ability to manage client relationships;
