Expert Recruitment Specialist
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles within a large public-sector environment, ensuring seamless and positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a critical role that requires effective management of a busy resourcing period in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies, including advertising, database searches, and professional networking platforms.
* Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates, coordinating interviews and assessments as needed.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to hiring managers on best practices, award conditions, and compliance.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of all recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive recruitment cycles, preferably within an internal Talent Acquisition team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes with hiring managers.
Proven expertise in utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with preference given to those with experience using SuccessFactors.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
