The Role
We're looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid media, email marketing and campaign execution.
This is not a content or social media role.
This role owns performance, revenue and execution.
You will be responsible for managing the full digital marketing engine — from paid media strategy and lifecycle marketing through to campaign planning, creative coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage paid media across Meta, Google Ads and Pinterest, with a strong focus on full-funnel performance
* Optimise budgets, creative testing and scaling to drive strong blended results (MER, ROAS, CAC)
* Own Klaviyo (CRM) end-to-end, including key flows, segmentation, weekly campaigns and lifecycle optimisation
* Drive email and lifecycle revenue growth through strategic planning and performance reporting
* Lead digital campaign planning for major sales, launches and subscription initiatives
* Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, email, website and creative assets + including writing email briefs
* Plan and brief all email campaigns, setting the structure, messaging direction, and goals, and collaborating with designers on execution.
* Ensure all campaigns are commercially sound, well-timed and executed to a high standard
Creative & Team Management
* Manage and brief the graphic designer and creative contributors
* Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs
* Review and optimise creative for ads and email performance
* Work closely with founders and internal stakeholders
Reporting & Commercial Accountability
* Report weekly and monthly on performance across all channels
* Identify opportunities, issues and recommendations proactively
What We're Looking ForExperience
* 2+ years in digital marketing
* 2+ years in a Digital Marketing Manager or Performance role
* Strong ecommerce experience (Shopify preferred)
* Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare or supplements highly regarded
* Proven experience managing paid media budgets and lifecycle marketing
* Experience leading major sales periods and campaigns
Skills & Knowledge
* Advanced Meta Ads experience
* Strong Google Ads knowledge
* Pinterest Ads experience (or willingness to learn)
* Advanced Klaviyo experience
* Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and attribution
* Excellent campaign planning and execution skills

Pay: $69,873.10 – $100,995.23 per year
