Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional claims professional to manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner, fostering positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders while delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims
* Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
* Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
* A high level of customer service experience, preferably within a claims environment
* Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
* The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
