Early Childhood Educator Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This 5-day nanny educator role will involve supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children through engaging, inclusive activities.
Responsibilities
* Support the children's growth and well-being by implementing play-based learning programs.
* Manage positive interactions and conflict resolution between siblings in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Assist with health-related routines, including eczema management and provide support for children with ADHD, ASD Level 1, and other therapy needs.
* Provide transportation when required and be prepared for occasional Saturday shifts.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
Requirements
* Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) with registration on the relevant state teaching authority board.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in child care with professional references.
* Current WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid certifications.
* Valid car and driver's licence.
* Willingness to commit to at least 12 months.
* Full working rights in Australia (visas such as 190, 186, or 417/462 considered).
