What You'll Be Doing
* Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilising a wide variety of plants
* Monitoring plant health and diagnosing pests or diseases
* Soil preparation and mulching
* Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
* Advising on plant selection and care
What We're Looking For
* Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (formal training a plus)
* Knowledge of plant care and pest management
* Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in all seasons
* Attention to detail and pride in your work
* A positive attitude and team spirit
* Driver's licence – must have
